Master Chef Wenjie Chen grew up in his grandmother's kitchen in Shanghai, learning the ancient art of won ton making. After training in Michelin-starred restaurants across Asia and Europe, he returned to his roots with a vision: to elevate the traditional won ton into a luxury dining experience.
In 2019, Wenjie launched the world's first ultra-premium mail-order won ton service, pioneering the concept of bespoke dumpling delivery. Operating from a private kitchen with no brick-and-mortar location, each batch is meticulously prepared and flash-frozen at peak freshness to preserve the artistry and flavor he demands.
